By creating an account or using VideoVizard, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

VideoVizard is an AI-powered social media video creation and publishing platform that allows users to:

• Generate AI-powered video scripts and content
• Create short-form videos with AI voiceovers and images
• Publish videos to connected social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Schedule and automate video posting

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content Policy

You retain ownership of content you create on VideoVizard. You agree NOT to create or publish content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Spreads misinformation or is deliberately deceptive
• Violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms

5. Social Media Platform Compliance

When using VideoVizard to publish to social media platforms, you agree to comply with the terms of service of those platforms including:

• TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Instagram Terms of Use
• Any other connected platform's terms

VideoVizard is not responsible for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms.

6. TikTok API Usage

VideoVizard uses the TikTok API to upload and publish videos on your behalf. By connecting your TikTok account you authorize VideoVizard to:

• Upload videos to your TikTok account
• Publish content at scheduled times
• Access your basic profile information

You can revoke this access at any time from your TikTok account settings or from VideoVizard's account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

VideoVizard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VideoVizard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created using our platform is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

VideoVizard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken by connected social media platforms

9. Privacy

Your use of VideoVizard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VideoVizard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
